I speak 3 languages (French, English and Spanish). I can read and understand Portuguese but not speak and also some Italian and my IQ is 134 but I don't consider myself genius. I may be well versed in language but I am not in Science, Math and other subjects.

Not really but it may actually be true. It all boils down to the individual. Some people don't speak 2 lang by age 5 and yet they turn out to be genuises (Leonardo DaVinci). A high IQ comes naturally but it can also be 'taught'.

This question is pretty much open to debate. There's really no right or wrong.

Growing up, we heard English, Arabic, French, Spanish, within a 1 mile radius of our house !

No, this only means that they have a talent for languages, not all things.
