Actually, if you read the directions, it is not meant to be mixed with anything. You just sprinkle it on whatever you eat, much like sugar or salt. It has no taste so it won't alter the flavour of your food. The premise is to add hydration without the bloated feeling. I usually add mine to smoothies to give it an added benefit of a healthy drink!
