I'm living in London and need a job in health education. I have a Masters degree in health. HELP!?

I seem to be hitting many roadblocks over here in London in trying to find a job related to health education. The NHS is a disaster apparently - but I need another direction to turn! Please help! I even have a work permit and everything.
