Well it's because it's normal for them to do this even if they've been fixed. I had a Shepperd that was fixed and did the same thing.

In a dog's mind: Comfort, security and dominance in or over their environment. Also, just because a dog is neutered doesn't mean he loses all sexual urges. Sexual urges are inborn, so he is just doing what comes natural.
If it is embarrassing to you when company comes, start training him to stop. Say No! to him several times and have a water spray bottle handy...each time he doesn't stop when you command him to, stray him in the face with the water. Keep doing this until he gets the message. Then Raise Him with excitement each time he listens.

I have an ancient old female with bad hips and barely moves but if she wants to hump she does it. Its dominance and if you let him do it when company is not there then your probably going to be embarrassed whenever company is there.
If you want to make him stop use a squirt bottle of water and when he does it give him a squirt.

my chocolate lab does the same thing. but i tell him no! and take
away the stuffed animal to make him stop. hes dominating his
toy, hes neutered also but dominance is an issue with him.
if you want your dog to stop, take the toy away and he won't have
anything to dominate in front of your company to embarass you.
it works every time for me, my lab is 96# and loves to dominate
his toys if i let him. your the pack leader, you decide if you want
him to continue or not.

I have a mini pincher too, and he cant keep it in the sheath , she may be fixed but she still wants some action. I think that the breed is horny.

With spayed females it is a dominance thing.
Give her spritz with a water bottle and tell her no.
As for company it is a dog thing if they don't get it well the must not have dogs.

it is a domination thing
she is showing her toy who the boss is
either that or it is a learned behavior and she ius just showing the guests what her owner has taught her
lock her out of the bedroom when you do dirty stuff like that

ITS JUST A DOG THING, JUST USE A SHUSU SOUND AND TELL HER OR HIM TO STOP THEY REALLY CANT DO ANYTHING ITS JUST A NATURAL REACTION AND JUST TRY TO DISTRACT HIM WHEN HE DOES IT IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT. I HAVE A HUGE DOG THAT NEVER DID IN HIS LIFE AND IS FIXED BUT HE IS NOW 6YRS OLD AND JUST STARTED DOING IT FROM TIME TO TIME AROUND OTHER FEMALE DOGS. HE IS A MALE . i JUST TELL HIM NO AND MAKE A SOUND. IT WORKS FOR ME.
