At first your idea seems right but to do that you should accept sex as a crime. You should see the situation from this way, after adultery the couples are divorced and mostly the sentence given by the judge is like a punishment to the adulter...(if it's a man he has to give up all common belongings, alimony (maintenance allowance) etc.

Kinda of a strange question for this day and age... in most states adultery isn't even looked at anymore... it is in the military to an extent though a military spouse can get in big trouble for commiting adultry... over half the population is divorced because of cheating , so if you don't want someone who is divorced living close to you then you better move to one of those cult areas that are secure from the outside world cause you're never going to be far from someone who is cheating on or has cheated on their spouse.

Adultery is only considered a crime against religion, it is not a "real" punishable crime. Although - having a source where you find out if a potential partner has cheated on a spouse previously would quite possibly save a lot of heartache for their next partner.

Please. Adultery isn't a crime in many countries.
It is not in human nature to be monogamous. I mean even most monogamous animals aren't true to their mates (males and even females will have sex with others, in many cases the other mate will force them to remain faithful).
I see nothing wrong with divorced people. In fact, I would much rather live next to a divorced person than a couple that fights all the time but stays together anyway.

Adultery is not a sex crime. It's immoral, of course, but calling it a sex crime trivializes the experience of the men, women, and children who have been victims of rape/molestation/sexual assault. When cheating occurs, it is because two parties choose to be deceitful. It is nowhere near the same level as someone who forces a sex act upon someone else.

Why would I not want a divorced person living near me. You make no sense, you start your rant about adultery but then switch to people who are divorced. Are you afraid one is near and stealing your spouse?

Adultery is consensual. A person can get a divorce without adultery being an issue.
Pedophilia is illegal and predatory. Children are incapable of preventing assaults.

Because the people making the laws,do not want to be caught ,prosecuted and lose their jobs. Plus it is not a crime, just an injustice.

In most states it is not a crime, and it is not considered an injustice, for that matter it is not considered and injustice. It is defiantly not something that the government needs to be involved in.
