There is a professional line that you can use. You may have to ask your stylist to get it for you but its call Nioxin. This line is designed to help people with thinning hair, or problems after they are on medication. This line comes with full styling aids, to champoos and conditioners to daily suppliments that you can take to promote hair/skin and nail growth. IT is proven to work.
If you can get your hands on any of these products this is the best thing you can use. Im not saying in a month you will have a complete head of hair again cause thats just unrealistic but after time it will help you grow more hair.
