My mum brought home a loaf od bread and claim that it is wholemeal bread.

However, although it looks like it contain some grains/nuts, the bread appears to be more white than brown. Is it made of white flour? Or are some whole wheat breads white?

P.S. The bread has no labels.

Wholemeal more than likely is pure wheat, meaning you are getting your fiber and burtitional value.
Brown bread could be just an imitation

I would not eat anything that does not clearly show a list of all ingredients it contains, I thought that was a legal requirement. Bin the loaf and eat something that tells you clearly what ingredients were used to make it.
