1. CHOCOLATE NO-BAKE COOKIES
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
Boil ingredients together in a saucepan for 2 minutes. Pour this mixture over 3 cups of uncooked quick oats and 1/2 cup coconut in a bowl. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. No baking is needed.
2. MARK'S CHOCOLATE NO BAKE COOKIES
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
3 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. coconut
5 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Mix sugar, butter and milk in saucepan. Boil 4-5 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients in to cooked syrup and drop onto wax paper.
3. NO BAKE CHOCOLATE COOKIES
1/4 lb. butter, melt and add
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
Stir and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add: 3 c. rolled oats, uncooked. Mix together thoroughly and drop on wax paper with a teaspoon (heaping). Let set until firm.
4. CHOCOLATE NO BAKE COOKIE
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
3 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix all ingredients except oatmeal and vanilla. Bring to rolling boil for 1 minute. Add the rest of the ingredients. Place on wax paper and let sit 1 hour.

Unbaked Cookies
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
3 tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup coconut
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
In saucepan combine sugar, butter, milk and cocoa. Heat until just boiling. Remove from heat, stir in coconut and vanilla and rolled oats. Drop micture by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and let harden.
These are yummy, my daughter makes them all the time. If you do not like coconut, just add 1/2 cup more rolled oats.
CHOCOLATE NO BAKE COOKIES
THIS RECIPE CALLS FOR
2 C GRANULATED SUGAR I STICK BLUE BONNET 1/2 C WHOLE MILK
3 TBL HERSHEYS COCOA 3 C QUAKER OATS (THE 1 MIN KIND)
31/2 TSP MC CORMICK VANILLA
PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN SAUCE PAN EXCEPT OATMEAL, AND VANILLA BRING TO A BOIL LET COOK AT LEAST 7-10 MIN LOW BOIL TAKE OFF HEAT ADD PEANUT BUTTER, AND VANILLA THEN OATS AND STIR (WILL BE VERY THICK) DROP BY TABL ONTO WAX PAPER LET COOL EAT AND ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No Bake Fruit Cake
125g (4oz) margarine
50g (2oz) marshmallows
450g (1lb) digestive biscuits, finely crushed
1 level teaspoon mixed spice
1/2 level teaspoon each cinnamon and ground ginger
Juice of 2 large lemons
1 level teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
225g (8oz) cooking dates chopped
125g (4oz) sultanas
50g (2oz) each chopped mixed peel and chopped glace cherries
50g (2oz) unsalted peanuts chopped
This is a great time and money saver and one of my own especial Christmas favourites.
Line base and sides of 1kg (2lb) loaf tin with foil. Brush with melted margarine. Put margne and marshmallows into saucepan. Melt over low heat. Put crumbs and spices into bowl. Add melted margarine and marshmallows with lemon juice and remaining ingredients. Work together with finger tips. Press mixture into prepared tin. Cover. Chill overnight when cake should be firm. Turn out of tin. Peel away paper. Cut into thin slices.

Melt a bag of butterscotch chips in the mw/ in a large bowl. Then toss in a large can of chow mein noodles, stirring to coat them all. Drop by spoonsful onto parchment or waxed paper and allow to cool and harden. These are called "Haystacks."

Another thing we like to do dip graham crackers or pretzels or even marshmallows. We dip them in melted chocolate (or white almond bark) Super easy and the kids love em!
