Massage your hair daily with a good massage brush in every direction until your scalp turns pink (attention! not red! don't overdo).
My friend has genetic predisposition to losing hair (from both his momma and poppa sides). When he was in his early 20-ies he started following this advice religiously. Now he is turning 34. His hairline has receded a bit but he kept his mass of hair (whilst the heads of his dad, granddads and uncles are bowling balls!)
The idea here is to give the capillaries the needed amount of nourishing elements and oxygen supplied by blood.

You need to have your thyroid checked.Its called a tsh blood test.That is one of the signs of thyroid problem.

If you mean its falling out start taking gelatin tablets. They will be in your vitamin /supplement isle.
