I like to do networking course please tell me what kind of jobs i will get and kinldy tell me the job desrciption for system adminstrator

Depends what you mean by 'communication'. Being able to read and write usually ticks a lot of boxes. Speaking coherently without mumbling could be defined as 'being a good communicator'. Being able to use the telephone? I dunno. Please enlarge on your question.

As a system administrator, you have to resolve problems with the network(s). And believe me, problems do arise...and sometimes there is no clear reason why. It can be a demanding job.
EDIT....yes, communication is VERY important in that job position. You have to communicate with end users, operations, programming, and other System admins.
