high-dose shots of vitamin B12 (100 to 1,000 micrograms [µg]). The shots are usually given every day or two for 2 weeks and then once every 1 to 3 months. Or, your doctor may have you take high-dose pills (1,000 to 2,000 µg a day). Most people feel better within days of beginning treatment.

Also 1cc is a measurement of how much(liquid) is in the shot so the amt. of medicine/cc can vary.

Taking B-12 vitamin as a medicine is for old / weak people who cannot digest food and its usage at young days is sheer waste of money and exposture to sideeffects. Take plenty of vegetables , greens, fruits and pulses which contain vitamin B in large quantities for example the bengal gram and peanuts are very rich in vitamin B-12.

I have taken 1cc every other day, for the first week and then 1cc a week for the next two weeks. My doctor says that what you don't need you pee out. I don't know. They didn't help me that much. I found that they will increase your appetite, also. My advice would be call your Dr. or pharmacist.
