i`m bisexual (but nobody knows this) and i`m a guy. and i met this other guy..who glances at me when i don`t look..kisses me online (:*), is very comfy with girls (acts the same way as me with girls), talks with his friends about fashion..and stuff like this. but from time to time he completely ignores me...! is he bisexual/gay? do i have a chance with him? (and he constantly asks me out on town..but i have other friends..can't go out with him all the time; nonetheless when i ask him out..he seems to be "busy").

He probably is undercover about his bisexuality and you seem to have initially made him comfortable enough with it to ask you on a date, but you rejecting his offers brought his confidence about those feelings all the way down. He probably has even assumed that the sparks that seem to have flew initally might have been a miscalculation on his part. So he may fear that you are totally straight and that him sending out signals was a TOTAL mistake and that you might let his secret out of the bag. He's back in his shell about his bisexuality now, so its gonna be pretty hard to get him out.

Why not ask him out less of a "looks like a date and thats gay" and more group of buds going to hang out and then just pay more attention to see if he is "fishing" .

He's gay and he's playing hard to get. You have a chance with him but he's playing games. I'm not sure if you'd really want to be with someone like that.
