Join a group!

One of the worst things about getting into a routine is that if you are doing it alone, it's easy to stop because of one reason or another.

If you actually join an exercise program and are surrounded by people with the same goals as you have, it's easier to stick with that environment, routine and to get into shape.

Another motivator would be -- Bet a person you admire that you can do it, then log all of your efforts on where you started and what exercises, and then set a goal of how much you want to be doing , and slowly work your way to it by doing the routine every other day, adding more amounts of pressure each day when you feel like you can go for longer.

The best motivation for me is setting a reasonable goal first. For example, I am a novice bike racer. And my season has just ended. So, this September I will sit down and set a goal for some races that I want to win in my category for next year. After deciding that, I look at my regimen to see what I will need to work on during the winter to be prepared for next year. This helps keep me motivated to wake up each morning and get to it and eat better to keep my weight down. Also it's important to share your goal with someone for those times when you can't find it within yourself to stay with it. Be sure it's someone who will be a good support for you.

One of the best way is to compare your self with others. And i got this i dea once im on diet. Here what you need to do. Approved working!

1. You need to buy a mirror as same height as you. If you can make it big enough as your wall.
2. Have a big poster of attlet or body builder near to your mirror. Real size of human poster would be nice..yeah you can get it on ebay!
3. Sleep with shorts (for men well i guess its ok for women too, lol)
4. Every morning when you woke up, look your self in the mirror and start looking to the side of the mirror.
It will motivated you every morning to get you thru your excercise.

Make exercising a habit, a part of your daily routine. You'll only have to force yourself in the beginning. After a month or so it will be habit because you will feel bad if you DON'T exercise.

I myself listen to loud music before workout and I also attempt sing along. I do this get my adrenaline flowing. I know someone who do the same thing but with **** (that may work too lol).

Find a none physical activity that would excit you.

at first just think of the results, then once you start to see them it will be much easier, just dont go more than two days without and it wont be so hard

just think if you don't exercise, you won't have a fit body that you wanted and if you are obesed later, don't blame anyone else but yourself.
