110 lbs over 9 months. Diet and excercise....no surgery. I've kept it off for a year too.

I have been obese since childhood. At one point in time I had lost 100 pounds. I went from 298 to 198. Then I got pregnant and gained it all back. I think that is one of the biggest regrets I have had so far in my life...I took pregnancy as a license to eat anything I wanted. Now I am still struggling to get the weight off. :(

I lost 50 lbs. when I was one a really strict diet. I only ate 1 meal a day and that one was a low fat one. I've since gained some of it back.

30 pounds in three months... I was working overseas in Zurich during a summer and decided to spend every waking moment that I wasn't working outside hiking the hills, biking around Lake Zurich, and swimming in the Lake... Ate very modestly the whole time too...

30 lbs and still dropping using the Cambridge Diet which emphasizes behavior modification. Hopefully I'll learn enough from this to keep it off, however, I'm not done yet!

100 pounds. That was 4 years ago. I have gained back about 15 of that and now have stabilized. Did it through diet modification and regular exercise.
