yes it is difficult especially if they are one of those secretaries who think that it is ok to ask you 20 questions that are non of their business"what is you business?" "what color was your poop today?" they just need lives i think. They are probably trying to make a soap out of a phone call cuz they are missing the good ones at 12:00! by the way I work at a collection agency and I talk to secretaries all day long! (your pic is cute)
