Travelling is a nice idea...if you have any money (or don't mind going into debt!). If you just graduated and haven't been working, this might be the case.
One thing you could do is to look for Temporary Service agencies in your area. They can provide you with temporary or temp-to-hire work. If nothing else, this buys you more time while you make your decision about what to do next. You will be making money and building employment history, both things that build confidence and will put you in a better position to get what you want...as soon as you decide what you want!
Happy travels/ job-hunting!

Take time off to do some traveling. If you are looking for a different and extremely worthwhile and interesting experience, check out the Peace Corps for a two year commitment.
Almost without exception, former volunteers say that it was the most formative experience of their lives.

what course did you just finish doing? if its a-levels or an access course, are you still awaiting your results? if so, and when you get them and you are successful then perhaps you might want to go to university. having said that, the fees are kind of off-putting and alas perhaps its not something you want. what about taking a year off studying and go travelling or seek full-time work?
seek advice from a careers advisor who should point you at the right direction.

Try the non-linear approach and get a job that has nothing to do with your education. This is a good way to help make the choice of what to do with your life. GOOD LUCK!

Do whatever makes you happy. As long as you are paying what bills you may have. Do a little traveling perhaps.
