First, she needs therapy - rehab services, to get over her drinking and drug addictions. However, only she can help herself, and you can't force her to get help.
You, however, can find someplace else to live - is there a relative or friend you could possibly live wth? No child needs to put up with an alcoholic and drug addicted mother's abuse. You could report her to child protective services and they may force her into rehab. But you need a safe place to live.

Okay since you can;t speak to anybody about this, have you tried speaking to her? I know it sounds dumb, but have you actually explained to her how it hurts you to see her do what she's doing to herself? If you can't talk to her directly, try writing a letter. Tell her how much you love her but also what her actions are making you feel. But please try to get an adult to help your mom.
