know yrself 1st, know yr strength, & yr weaknesses. help u to assess way u r at & help to boost self-esteem. also help u to understand that u got something to offer. remember girls are attracted to guy who r sure about himself & know where he is heading in the future (means security 4 them).
know what make u tick, what excite or depress u. know what yr reaction going to be be if u got rejection. plan for rejection, plan out & recite words that u can use, just don't read it out in front of the girl.

m a gal,n basically shy guys are cute.the thing is 2 b urself and dnt go 2 places u feel uncomfortable or wear uncomfortable clothes jus 2 please them,ull end up being even more tensed.jus relax,breath and believe in urself.best of luck!
