As far as I know there are still liquid restrictions. Hand lotion, eye drops, lıp balm, bottled water, makeup, creams, etc.

Passengers are now allowed to carry ONE item of hand baggage through the airport security search point. The cabin bag should be no bigger than 45cm wide x 35cm long x 16cm deep/high (17.7" wide 13.7" long 6.2" deep/high), including wheels, handles, side pockets - equivalent to a small laptop bag or rucksack.
The following items are prohibited from hand (cabin) baggage:
* Any cosmetics
* Any toiletries, including toothpaste, hair gel, lotions, perfume, deodorant, shaving foam, aerosols, etc
* Any liquids, any drinks (The definition of liquids includes gels, pastes, lotions, liquid/solid mixtures and the contents of pressurised containers, e.g. toothpaste, hair gel, drinks, soups, syrups, perfume, deodorant, shaving foam, aerosols, gel pens, gel bras etc.)
* Any sharp objects
The following liquids are allowed:
* Essential medicines in liquid form sufficient and essential for the flight (e.g. diabetic kit), as long as verified as authentic.
* Baby milk and liquid baby food sufficient and essential for the flight, (contents of each bottle or jar must be tasted by the accompanying passenger).
