Well, achoo is just common. My Mom says, " giznets." My older sister says "gumchee." I just say, "aahch," very loudly, but achoo in public. You can try other things. Achoo just causes the least amount of pain. Don't try to NOT make a sound, you could give yourself an aneurysm. Cute questions!!

"Achoo" is the word people have used to describe the sound made when sneezing. It is as close as it gets.
When we sneeze there is air rushing in (Ahhh...) and then forcefully out over our vocal cords and then we close our mouths as the sneeze finishes(...chooo!)
