No, heres why. In oasis' debut single (supersonic) they sing about drinking gin & tonic & feeling supersonic. Now you can accuse the Gallaghers of a lot of things but birds & toffs they are not.

A G&T is a great drink for anyone, it definately isnt just a toffs drink.
I had my first when I was 15, though that was a half bottle of gin washed down by a bottle of tonic, great! lol

Not really. I like it cos it doesnt give me a stonking hangover as it's clear!! and it's good for keeping away Mozzies, hence the Schwepps 'Indian' Tonic Water - the colonial brits use to drink it when they were over there to help escape malaria!! See its worth drinking!

I usually drinks pints, but a nice cold G&T sitting in the sun is really good. Birds drink alcopops (please - why?) and toffs drink Pimms. Although, I'm partial to a Pimms as well, and I'm as common as muck me. :D

No, the way i see it is if you fancy a pint at 8 in the morning it is very hard to disguise,but if you drink G&T at 8 in the morning nobody will lift an eye....so it is a drink for drunks....

Far from it. I drink it all the time when I go out. Usually after a fe pints mind.. It well refreshing especially on a hot day.
