So are you saying the 10 commandments are wrong? That thou shalt not kill, steal, covet thy neighbours wife, etc? Are those not good rules to abide by?

In general, might does not make right. However, in this instance you are failing to take a couple of things into account. Muslim religion is not anywhere close to Christianity, and was written about 300 years after Jesus died. The laws that were set down in the bible for the jews were written that way for a purpose. A lot of the laws regarding food had to do with the lack of ability to properly cook or store certain items. They did not have refrigerators so spoilage was an issue. God is omnipotent, humans are fallible. A lot of things God meant and said have been lost to translation or misinterpretation.

You have a very good point. If God does exist as described in the Bible, he is one scary psychopath. He created the Earth, flew into a rage and decided to punish all the humans he created, because his poor parenting skills lead Adam and Eve to sin. Then a little while later he gets all mad again and floods the Earth killing every living thing except some creatures that got put in a boat.
In fact God is pretty much a crazed killer (see link) and if you don't do what He says you will be sent to Hell where His buddy Satan will torture you in horrific ways for all eternity.
Basically this immensely powerful being is saying, "Do exactly what I say, OR ELSE!" This is hardly a kind and benevolent God, that loves us all. You can argue all the free will crap you like, but if you truly believe it God's message is nothing more than a threat. To put it in human terms it would be like George Bush saying, "I give you all free will to vote for whoever you like in the November elections. Of course if you make the choice to vote Democrat I will have your house burned to the ground with you in it. But the choice is yours and I love you either way."

The mere law of physics should answer your question-choose,
hotdog or carrot?
Are you just flesh and bones strolling along?
What does a hotdog do for your body something good or bad?
You have a spirit dont you believe? How could you ask this question if you are only flesh and bone?
I have an ability that did not come from dirt, and that is the ability to think, and move my flesh and bones, and choose hotdog or carrot.
If we have been given an ability to choose carrots then we have been given the ability to understand what is good, and if we choose hotdogs we know what they can yield-in my opinion, not good/bad.
God says,"come,let us reason together."
Do you believe God is telling us that to choose the carrot is such a bad thing?
Do you believe in order to run our bodies in a healthy way we can continue to choose hotdogs instead of carrots?
God even gives us the Grace to have a hotdog on occasion.
It is simple logic and simple physics-good or bad.
Sometimes we have to experiance some bad things in order that we may find what is good and right and what truely works that makes us feel good again.
I think good feels right, and bad feels wrong.
What was bad always yields us to what is good.
Do you believe what we sow we reap?
That is a spiritual law as well as physical.
Agree with what the Father of spirits says, the God of Abraham, or don`t.
A good thing He gave us-free will.
A better thing He gave us-Unconditional Love.
The road is narrow that leads to life*
Wide is the road that leads to destruction.
Its pretty simple really,
turn the word (Love) around, and what do you get?
evol.
Love is good*
Evol is bad.
God is Love*
carrots!
Not imposing my opinion, its just my opinion, and belief.

Trohil is right. There are universal laws by which intelligences abide and exist. There are consequences for following or rejecting. everyone has their agency and is given to know right from wrong. Matter always existed, We always existed as organized intelligences. It's pretty deep doctrine though.

If god had the power to create,he will have the power to destroy. God seek for total obedience from us because only he knows the right way,he is the shepard and we are the sheep.God is omnipotent and omnipresent, all our faith lies in his hands,so we should not doubt him but have faith he shall guide us in the right way.

That's one problem I have with people who say that God has to hide from us, or it would take away our freewill in choosing to follow him. That's just BS.
Just being sure of something's existence doesn't imply a willingness to follow it. In fact, hiding from us takes away the choice to follow someone. You can't really choose whether someone is right and good if you don't believe they exist.

God does not make rules, he merely abides by a set of eternal principles. He is bound by these laws just as we are. If he did not adibe by these rules, he would cease to be perfect and cease to be God.

to simply anwer ur fist question, yes. if God is the Creator like u say then God owns everything. but we were not made like robots to strictly follow commands. that's y God didn't destroy us but has let us to c the consequences of disobedience and lack of divine rulership that we need. Hell is not a place of torture, according to the Bible. (Eccl9:5,10)
