You can but it would take protein drinks. If you are naturally thin, and did weightlifting without any diet enhancement you probably won't add much bulk, even though you would definitely get stronger.

I went to school with two brothers that were very thin. They did the weightlifting thing but added protein drinks (You can get healthy options from a health-food store).

It was quite funny actually because they must not have done any muscle training on their legs - they looked like cartoons within a few months. They had nicely proportioned upper bodies, big muscles, wide shoulders, good pecs and cut abs. Their legs though were quite skinny. They soon evened out their bodies and looked well..

Try bulking up for a few months without any diet supplement, because natural bulk always looks better. But if you're not happy with that, try the protein supplements and make sure you follow the instructions.

You should probably see your doctor as well before you start just to check your heart is in good working order etc..

Only eating a lot will make you big. I suggest going to the gym every second day and working out using weights. This will build muscle on your arms, but you have to keep to a routine. There might be a sensible eating and exercise plan on the internet. Check it out. I hope you will do well.

Always have vegetables on palm. Saute a big bag involving frozen mixed vegetables in organic olive oil and garlic. Add some red pepper or maybe turmeric for additional flavor in addition to separate into portion-sized containers for that fridge.

How old are you? If you are under 16, please wait to do strength training, starting too early can impair bone growth. Mild strength training at 16 is okay if you find that you pack on fat easily. Otherwise, regular sports play is good for your growing body. When you are 18 you can start your regimen, and stop by GNC for high calorie shakes to help put on wieght if you're still not satisfied with your body mass.

Yes, you can become significantly stronger and bigger, in only about 3 months. You really need to start out with someone to show you how to lift,, believe me. Mayby get a personal trainer, or ask someone,,or better yet, get a book on it. i used to be thin,, lifting will really help, you will be amazed at the results.

My boyfriend is a weight trainer but wasn't when I first met him. he was 10 stone in weight and now weighs 14.

The best way to bulk up is a high carb and high protein diet of pasta, fish, baked beans lots of chicken, eggs and fresh fruit and veg.

Alongside this you need to do high weights but take it slow. The higher the weights you lift the bigger you'll get. the more reps you do the more defined you'll be.

Don't over do it though and don't injure yourself.

Course it will, it will only make you bigger and give you more confidence, if your worried about your size.
Start on weights that you can rep 10 times then increase the amount of sets you do, then increase weights and decrease reps and increase sets.
Change your diet cut out the crap and eat fruit, eat non-processed food, and eat loads of protein, to aid recovery.
All the best x

Yes.
Light weights with loads of reps will tighten up what you have. Heavy weights with few reps (slowly) will build bulk. Ask the monkey in the Gym. They are usually quite knowledgeable.

Looking for the benefits of salmon but you don't feel at ease cooking fish? Try canned salmon to be a simple and affordable alternative.

Yes, work out every other day, and work out all muscle groups. Also take protein shakes, and weight gainer. Also I have found that NO2, and Trac are good products to use. Go to a GNC and ask someone who works there, they should be able to let you know whats good.
