Hi, I have "SLE" I was diagnosed with this last year. I was also on crutches with very bad arthritis and every thingelse that comes with the ailment. I strongly believe my SLE is not that at all. Its where I have been on all sorts of drugs that the proffessional doctors and hospital consultants gave to me that were and still are responsible. My memory was getting awful, everybone in my body
cruched when I moved and the pain was unbearable. The consultants told me that the waiting list was 8 months. So I was on the pain killers and anti-inflamits for a long period of time. B y the time my operation date came, I was on crutches anyway. I got stomach ulcers, poor circulation, loss of appetite, constantly grumbling about the excrusiating pain that I had to put up with. Six momths down the line on medication. My prescribed drugs were.
Tramadol, dothiepin, diclofanac, omezapole. I lost 3 stone. and was originally 9 stone. I stopped taking the medication, I am back to my weight.

First of all, please ignore those people who speak from a place they have never been before. Organized Medicine is in the business of treating symptoms and treating symptoms does NOT remove the cause. The only solution for every dis-ease is to remove the cause and doctors will be the first to admit that they do NOT know the cause to most of our dis-eases. The other dis-eases that doctors blame on germs, genes and old age would not exist if we were not so toxic and deficient.

Once again, the only solution for every dis-ease is to remove the cause and this is where cleansing programs come into play, especially Juice Fasting because it also addresses the issue of deficiency. Water Fasting is also good at cleansing the body but is difficult for most people to fit in their schedule. Here are some really good quotes from some doctors who have experience with SLE and water fasting.

Fasting and Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.

"If caught in the early stages, fasting will completely reverse lupus. I have so many case histories. Most of them come to me on drugs like prednisone, and I wean them off them slowly. A fast allows the body to detoxify the toxins that cause many autoimmune diseases." Dr. Joel Fuhrman

"Dr. Joel Fuhrman, of New Jersey, has reported the novel treatment of fasting for lupus patients. He has fasted them, even some with fairly severe kidney disease, for up to 21 days, with excellent improvement. He cautions that this must be done only with strict medical supervision."

"My experience has been similar to Joel's, fasting is the way to go with lupus and the results are especially good if the pathology is in the early phase." Dr. Alec Burton

"Like all autoimmune disease, SLE is a challenge but does seem to respond to fasting and a health promoting diet." Dr. Alan Goldhamer

After the fast it is very important to eat nutrient dense foods. One of the best books that explain which foods are nutrient dense is Dr. Joel Fuhrman's book "Eat To Live" which is the most scientifically referenced health book ever written...there are more than 1500 medical references.

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/qmAPs

A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.

The body is EXTREMELY good at detoxing itself. All this BS on tele is marketing scum trying to sell you cr@p.
Simple detox: PLENTY of water. About 4 litres per day. Stay away from caffeine. Plenty of red fruit and veg (Tomatoes, carrots aubergines, red cabbage. Betacarrotine is a powerful anti-oxidant.
Give yourself three days or so and take no drugs. You should be fine.

Lots and lots of water. Get the SMARTWATER brand or the PERFECT water brand, theyve put some things in it that we need. Take acidophilus for your stomach, its very good for you.

I also live with chronic pain and have for 5 yrs now.....I also take tramadol and other meds. Im detoxing too and the acidophilus is sooo good for your guts, especially if youve been on different meds. Good luck and I hope you see some positive results for once. I know how tough it is, I complain daily.

I am a diabetic, currently on a Candida cleanse. Candida loves bodies that are imbalanced, and can grow easier after antibiotics. Check out www.hufa.org, the yeast link. And you may want to check out the symptoms link too. Loss of memory and pain can also be symptoms of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).

Lots of water is safest. And afterwards, you might want to look into organicly grown food, in case it's the additives that are making you sick.

Good luck!
