My bf's ex rang him yesterday to see how he was, they broke up 6weeks now. He said she just rang to see how things where, but while she was on the phone she asked about anyone new (gf) and he said yeah i have met someone.
The ex gf said oh right well it's to early for me i haven't moved on, she also asked my bf was i good looking. I said to my guy "you said no didnt you" and he looked shifty when i asked this, sort of kinda smile but he was hard to read..
He also said that she invited us to a halloween party and i said no way i said you can go i said but i'm not getting into fights and people starting on me. He flipped and said you don't know her don't judge her, she's not like other girls she's quiet thats probably why i finished with her..
I have had this happened in the past with guys ex's asking this and trying to find out information so that they can fight me, i got worried and he obviously took the ex's side..

No way, i wouldn't let him go to that party. if he wanted you he wouldn't have flipped and quick to defend her.Hell no. you don't need that crap no woman does.plenty of guys out there who will Defoe be happy to take you.

Yeah you have every right to be upset, the ''sorta smile'' thing is a big indication he's lieing to you, my ex did the exact same thing. Move on and dont count your losses because when it comes to the crunch, he's choosing her over you and that wouldnt happen if he had stronger feelings for you than her.

i did no longer get your question yet: females hate their ennemie females like some boys hate different boys you comprehend that they do no longer compete I propose did ya see boys they virtually cry while they loose against females they continuously think of they might't do what adult men can properly ya they compete somewhat yet this is rather everyone ^^ The lest element:what's it like having no longer something down there? i say u should forbid him to communicate with his ex. if he wouldn't - well, in that case it is obvious he still has feelings for her. why would u need a guy who loves someone else? and of course u should go to her party and u shouldn't let him go. tell him if he goes he loses u. trust me - if he choses u over her in this situation - he is yours forever. if he doesn't - u don't need him anyway, cos he will be whiping his feet over u all the time. good luck girl

you probably overreacted but you felt threatened.you shouldn't tell him to go to the party if you don't want him to go.now you'd be playing games.your b/f and his ex are probably still connected and he might go to the party anyway. I wouldn't go and if he does then you may as well consider him and her back together again.move on it was too soon for him and you.

i think that you should go to the party just to see how he is with her, if he asked u to go with him, then perhaps he does still feel for her, and is using u for bait, so go and see what happens, you don't want an other girls man do you, go and find out
