It is always a concern for me. Most times it's easy to tell the swine from the saints; other times, it's not so easy. But, using another parable of Jesus, just as the sower spread good seed, some on poor soil, some on good, my hope is that at least some good will come of the help I try to give. Spreading the Gospel is not without risk; and that is a commanded to us too. (Remember, at one time Paul/Saul would have been considered a dog.)

I am careful about witnessing on Yahoo Answers, because there are so many atheists just looking for a "fight." When I see an atheist looking for a fight, I do not witness to that person, because it is like throwing pearls at swine's feet. But if I see a question about religion and the person honestly just wants an answer to ponder about, I will share my "pearls."

No, because I answer the openminded. If the dogs and swine read others mail for their own it's just mail fraud on their part. If I answer a dog or swines question it's for the casual readers not the asker.

Some are truly seeking- I want them to find the truth- we are to be salt- don't lose your flavor, do the great commission this is a safe place- even with the goofballs- and they are in and out of religious meeting places - you know- Jesus was mocked, rejected and critisized. We should expect the same- He said so. I wouldn't walk into a few places- where I know I would be breaking the command. Love your neighbor as yourself- and do good to those who use you- use this venue as a tool. it is useful. Selah.

I try not to... and I think in the past month I've gotten better at holding my tongue (or fingers?) when it comes to posts just meant to irk us. But I admit I do still answer some of them, especially if casual readers might glean a little bit of insight.
