I am not sure what you mean. But let me try to be upjest-of here.
The US is a country now, but it wasn't always. At one time it was owned by england. At another Maxico was a part of it. Hell the USA payed (I belieave it was Canida) for (I belieave) AK, CA,Oh. (not sure on that I know it was a big part of the USA) and also HW was add on with muical. So unless you explane what you mean I dont really think I can help you other then feed you half *** facts. That are more then likely only half right.

Dumbass, the USA is a country, there are no other countries within it. You DO have Canada above it and South America below it, but NO COUNTRIES in it.
Also Russia is about 26 miles off the West Coast (Nr Alaska it is anyway), or so I'm told...
