I see the whole package...generally...like how he carries himself, is he clean, does he smell...I rarely pinpoint one thing until I do a general "once over." So before he even opens his mouth I have a first impression...that "flash picture/impression" stays with you forever...also...that hand shake is a lasting true!!! Limp, strong, sweaty, pumping, eye contact, two-handed? BIG indicator...hey! good topic for a research paper! :-)
