I had purchased a Laptop from Dell in July, the damn thing never worked right and I was always on the phone with tech support. Finally I just decided to return it so I did. Dell credited back my account so I decided to purchase something else for my desktop. Last night I looked at my previous orders from Dell and saw the Laptop being sent back to me. I saw a minus next to the amount of the purchase, (1,200.00) so i called Dell and asked why they are sending it back to me. The lady looked the order up and said maybe Dell decided to give me one for free for all my trouble. Do you think this is possible? Has this ever happened to you? Of course I won't believe it til I see it, I'm tracking the order and it left the warehouse yesterday.

I forgot to mention, since I owned the Laptop over a month I was told to pay a 20% restocking fee which I noticed last night they also credited it to my account!!

Hey, It could very well be possible and if they actually DO give you a complimentary laptop then that says something (positive) about their business, things like that have happend to me before but nothing that was that big (expensive). Or it could be a processing error, But Hey if you get it then CHEERS to you!
