a. is he a serious=you must be challenger first, for example give him many puzzles or brain twister questions. then you must not share your experience when you are talking to him/her. then if you see him/her challenged, you must talk to him about his/her experience or interviewing him/her. talk to him with practical joke
b. is he a silent=talk to him with information he needs and dont ask him many questions. then talk to hm/her with no boring jokes pls.
