Successfully? Ha...well the book doesn't say anything about having different types of body strength to perform some of the positions. It also doesn't say anything about if the positions are going to be comfortable, on your back for example.

The book is ok. I wouldn't recommend it. And most of the positions are repeated in it, with the exception of a foot or arm being turn a different way...it didn't make a difference. They're all the same. I probably wouldnt waste my money on another one either.
