THE NOKIA N72

One of a trio of new Nseries devices announced by Nokia from Berlin today, the N72 is an interesting addition to the manufacturer's multimedia handset range. With a size slightly smaller than the N70, the Nokia N72 is one of the smallest Nseries devices announced to date.

With a feature set similar to the N70, though with the absence of 3G technology, the Nokia N72 includes a 2.0 megapixel camera, 2.1" 262k color display, and 20MB of internal memory with RS-MMC expansion. The Symbian/S60 based device is also one of the first from Nokia to support direct uploading to Flickr, a web-based photo sharing service, from the handset's Camera and Gallery applications.

The Nokia N72 will hit the market during June this year, and will be available in both a gloss black or pearl pink finish.
