Doctor advised its common in Male but it should be removed with minor surgery is it correct mostly men have this,, please tell me only men can tell this

I can tell you this: -
In case it is common and what I think it is then it does not require surgical removal. Just press it out like a blackhead.
In case it requires surgical removal, then it is not common.
In any case you need to see a better doctor.

Dude, I'd be getting me a second opinion, because I have never heard of it and your doctor is telling you it's common. How big are these pimples that he/she is suggesting surgery??

Your doc is right.It is probably sebaceous cyst. Get it removed surgically.
It is not uncommon.
