You ask for Europeans, yet you wish to ignore Article 6 of the European Working Time Directive which requires a maximum working week of 48 hours. I'll tell you were to put your flyers and posters - where the sun don't shine!!!

Your vacancy is contravening the Working Time Regulations, so I am not surprised you find it difficult.

It is unlawful, but it is also unfair to treat our fellow Europeans like this.

Split it to 2 part time posts and give some of our many skilled yet unemployed British Citizens employment so as to bring more control to inflation.

I'll guess that you are paying well under the legal pay requirement. And that is the reason English people will not work for you. 12hr shifts, 5 days a week!
Tell us all what you are paying. On here. Lets see if you get any answers.

I think the best place to advertise is gumtree because most of the foreigners use the website for searching jobs and I will guarantee you that no one will apply to your add if they are not sure if they want to do the long hours.

Heathrow or Gatwick airport! - the shops there? If you're allowed to.
Tube stations. Pay some one a couple of quid to hand out fliers to non-British looking people.
