Yoga is the panacea for all your ills. Learn yoga from a reputed school of yoga. There are many who teach yoga professionally. That may be fine, as a physical exercises. But, yoga is much more than a physical exercises. It is said a human being consists of five levels of consciousness. Annamaya kosha, pranamaya kosha, manomaya kosha, and anandamaya kosha. (I am sorry I am unable to recall the fifth one). The body postures and physical exercises will have effect on the annamaya kosha, which is made of the stuff that we eat. The pranayama takes care of the pranamaya kosha. Meditation takes you to the Anandamaya kosha. Through constant practice of yoga, pranayama and meditation, there will be no dearth of energy within you.

Humour can keep quiet energetic
Read a lot of jokes.
Be with people who are always cheerful.
Wake up early in the morning, hear the birds.
Do mild exercise in the morning.
Sing loudly in the bathroom.
The list can go on & on.
But obe sure way to be energetic is to act energetic & to continue this act untill it becomes a habit

Early to bed and early to rise
makes a man(and woman) healty, wealthy and wise.
Add to it, half an hour of Yoga in the morning,an hour of exercise in the evenning,8 hours of sleep every day, eight glass of water every day, stress free routene, positive thinking, fruits and vegetable, No junk food, faith in god, and compassion with mankind. That will work for you.

Positive thinking, To really have a motto for life. Have your best set dreams / ambitions which will never make you feel lazy. Make a chart of things what u want and stick it in front of the mirror, bedroom etc... for you to be really active.
