But see, we humans have only been fussy eaters for a couple of hundred years (and even then, only in the West - check out a Chinese Market sometime!). Prior to that, we'd eat anything that we could choke down that didn't poison us too quickly. How else do you think folks started eating raw oysters, prairie oysters, pig snouts and chicken feet? They were HUNGRY! And if they could EAT it and not die, then it was FOOOOOOOOD!
