I would start with Google and key in "Czech Republic" along with other key words, such as culture, accommodations, cuisine, transportation, local customs, languages, city guides, night life, and whatever else interests you. Often the right hand side of the Google page with the responses there will be books or other Internet sites with information specific to your interests. Of course you can get free travel guides from the shelves of your local library too.
