actually no one can beat the hulk. If there were times he was beaten by someone, its always cause there's a reason, as in it was unfair. Sometimes the Hulk is being controlled by someone, which makes him weaker since he cant really get angry. There are a lot'of strong guys out there, like silver surfer, recently he and the hulk fought, hulk nearly beat him to death, but was forced to stop(in planet hulk).Also Hulk beat Gladiator(gladiator used incredibly intense heat vision on Hulk's stomach, but Hulk practicaly didnt feel anything, and hulk pursuing his attack, Gladiator amazed by his power lost his confidence, in result being beaten by the HULK.) Hulk's healing factor is sooo fast that his skin was able to heal over his own hand, he can even withstand the tempretures of a supernova with no problem. Hulk was even powerful enough to crack onslaught's armor with a single punch. I think its unfair whenever they make superman vs hulk comics because its always fan based(Hulk said he was tired, but due to his powers, thats not possible) So, if someone really fights the Hulk in a death match, with no bounderies... I say HULK WILL SMASH ANYONE'S ***

In my opinion there is No One who can really defeat the hulk. As a previous answer says, if he loses it is only due to an outside influence that makes him lose, and not because of his ability. Hulk has fought almost every single hero and or villan in the Marvel universe, and I would say at least %99 of the time he comes out on top as the winner. every once in a while someone controls his mind, or tricks him somehow, but even that never lasts long. Hulk always finds a way out of the trap or trick, and comes back to kick butt all over the comic pages. It's what people expect of him, they can't make a comic where the hulk loses his battles, or he wouldn't be the hulk.
Hulk has beaten Gods! That should speak for itself. I think Hulk would beat superman, but I also think the fight would last upwards of a month of combat before either of them gave way to the other.

The only being(s) possible of beating the Hulk is the Destroyer or the Celestials since both have infinate power to match the Hulk's rage.
You have to remember Hulk's power is derived from his Rage, thus it would take beings who can output energy faster than the Hulk's anger.

as it is shown with "the mestro" hulk can realy never die, his body will just lay there till it gets enough gamma radiation and become the hulk again. Maybe galactus could take him out or death her self. But anything short of that i don't think so

He just seems to get big and have an inpenetrable skin for bullets. So Superman could carry him out to the space and left him there to die cause he can't breath without air. yeah!
