Q, Kerrang!, guitarist/total guitar, Rock magazine.
Highly reccommend Total guitar - news, features, reviews - and you get to learn guitar too! It's a very cool mag, and is £4.99 each month, with free cd and often other giveaways.

If it's rock, it's going to have to be Kerrang! Q covers everything, and Mojo's quite good as well. Aviod NME like the plague - it's useless and overpriced.

Mojo and Uncut, though they're not cheap, especially in America. I subscribe to both. Dirty Linen is good for folk music, and Songlines is great for world music.

HM Magazine(hard music) has good interviews, lots of reviews of CD's and lots of pages with advertisements of other bands and record labels.
