It can be -it contains an ingredient that infants cannot digest & may cause gastro-intestinal or digestive problems or even food allergies - but if it was just a small amount - she should be fine - just avoid giving it to her again until she is a little bit older -I think the age is 2 or 3 years old -not sure
Next time you get her a smoothie -ask to have the honey skipped out when they make it - also would be a good idea for them to skip the sugar -or put very little in it
Dont worry she should be fine

I found these articles for babycenter.
Foods to avoid: 4 to 12 months
Honey: Honey can harbor spores of Clostridium botulinum, which causes botulism. An adult's intestinal tract is able to prevent the growth of these spores, but in a baby the spores can grow and produce life-threatening toxins.
Signs of an allergic or bad reaction to food include vomiting, diarrhea, rash, swelling, abdominal pain, cough, crankiness, excessive gas, hives, itching, runny nose, shortness of breath, stomach bloating, and wheezing. Symptoms most often show up within a few hours of eating. Call your doctor right away if you think your child may be reacting badly to something he ate.

Honey should NOT be given to children under age one. It can cause botulism which is SERIOUS. I know a little girl who almost DIED from botulism. She was in the hospital for a couple of months and there was a point where her family thought they would be planning a funeral. (They never determined how she got botulism...but it wasn't from honey in her case.) Please don't give her any more honey.

They say honey is bad for a child under 1, yes. But I also made the mistake a couple times before my daughter turned one, and she is just fine. Don't give it her on a regular basis, but one or 2 times on accident isn't a big deal.

No in my opinion your daughter will be fine - I once sat with a mum of a newborn and she drowned her daughters dummy (pacifier) in honey then shoved it in the babies mouth then continuously did this all night - I hate to think how that childs teeth are going to turn out let alone its weight.

You're not supposed to give them honey until they are a year old b/c it can contain botulism spores. You will want to look for signs now that she doesn't get sick (lethargy, fever, etc)
