masturbation is making yourself sexually arroused to the state where you eject sperm through your penis. It is a sign of not getting satisfactory normal hererosexual sexual experience.
It is done by either imagining errotic scenes or by physically massaging the penis until ejection happens, or a combination of both.
It is not healthy as it uses up physical energy which could be spent on more admirable tasks.
There is not physical need to masturbate, those who claim there is are justifying their indulgence in this pitiful activity.
