Are the speeding tickets the result of being caught by speed cameras or by being caught by the Police?
If caught on speed camera the options are to pay the fine, go to court or reply and contest the fine. I'd suggest you go to court where you can explain the circumstances to the Magistrate(s). If you can satisfy the Magistrate(s) that your father was driving the car that could well be the end of the matter.
If you were caught by the Police then it's routine procedure to issue a 'Producer' (HO/RT1 notice) requiring you to report to a Police Station and provide your driver's licence, insurance certificate and if applicable, a valid MOT test certificate (for vehicles over 3 years old). You can explain the circumstances to the officer at the station and again, if you can provide satisfactory evidence that your father was the driver they may decide not to take any further action.
Interestingly you say that your did not have your father's insurance. Normally the vehicle is insured with named drivers on the policy. In the UK if a person has a fully comprehensive insurance this would normally allow that person to drive other vehicles on a third party risk basis (other people and property are covered but not the driver and his/her vehicle). There are other circumstances such as Motor Trader's Policies which cover all vehicles but I guess this doesn't apply with your father.
You could find that the onus falls back to you to prove that there was suitable insurance cover in place and that the vehicle had a valid tax disc (excise licence) and MOT test certificate (if applicable).
The bottom line is that it's your vehicle and therefore your responsibility to insure, tax and test it.
With regard to a driving licence - as far as I'm aware (and you need to check this) an Indian driving license is legal in the UK for a maximum of 12 months. This being the case then your father was at least licensed to drive your car. I know this is the case with Pakistani licenses and other neighbouring countries but check the rules in respect of Indian licenses.

Contact the authorities that issued the fines and tell them what happened. They will tell you what options you have. In future don't let other people drive your car unless they know the rules of the road and the speed limits. You're lucky all he got are speeding tickets.

If he REALLY was driving - declare him as the driver.
IF they believe you (unlikely as it's just a scam) you will be asked to provide evidence. When you can't...you'll get the points & fine.
If you are trying to 'pull a fast one' (as they get THOUSANDS of people trying the same excuse) and they find out by looking at the photos / video evidence - it could mean up to 6 MONTHS in jail for perverting the course of justice.

You need to prove that he was driving the car. You should have insurance for him and MOT / tax for the car, then take them to the police station. They will then send him the fines, if they believe you!

So, presumably your father didn't have either a license or valid insurance and you let him drive.
To my mind you are as responsible as him.
Lets be thankful he didn't collide with some other innocent sucker.

Sounds to me like your father was driving illegally ..
If I was you I would pay the fines, take the points and be grateful that the speeding idiot didnt kill anyone!
