soak it overnight in washing bleach. (white king,Napisan ect)
You may have to do this a few times.

The easiest thing is to dye the shirt black and buy a new white one.

its not possible to remove them, hair dye stains do not go although it may fade in the subsequent washes.
U can keep the shirt n u can put some more hair dye make an intresting pattern on it . lol.

No sorry...I have done that too which is why that shirt is now my "hair dyeing shirt". Along with a towel that I have ruined too. I just keep them for when I need to re-do my hair so I don't ruin anything else.

yes. spray aerosol hairspray to saturate. When you put in wash, it should wash out. It may take a couple times and let the spray sit on there for a while before trying to wash. Spray works on pen ink also.

Um. No. You can try bleach or shout or soaking it, but if that dye is permanent...no...it's just not going to happen.
