Once they had a thing on 60 Minutes about IQs of the last 10 presidents-#1-Bill Clinton #2-JFK & the bottom 4 were 'boy george','daddy-george',reagan & Jerry Ford! The smartest of the dumbest 4 was Jerry Ford,I forget which was the 2nd & 3rd dumbest,between reagan & 'daddy george' but holding down undisputed LAST PLACE was 'boy-george',the idiot/moron/cheneys' puppet!!!

Reagan said many stupid things, altho his notion that catsup was a vegetable is essentially true in that tomatoes are so healthy that that fruit is still nutritious when turned into catsup.
Decades defore Reagan's alzheimers began to set in, he actually wrote and broadcast lovely essays. Bush could never do such a thing. He is by far the stupidest man I've seen in public life.

Bush is just plain dumb! Reagan wasn't much better though he was known as the Teflon president! At least in his last term he was already in advanced Alzheimer's!
Both were lousy presidents, with Bush the winner of being the worst!
