There have been numerous attempts to estimate this, but unlike sharks, tigers rationalize a little and decide the required force needed to tear of meat, break bones, etc. A shark on the other hand applies full force. In one experiment, I determined (using an aluminum bite bar with steel ball bearings) that it was approximately 659 pounds per square inch but other studies showed both greater bite pressure or lesser pressure.

I presume its around 800 pounds per square inch..Thats what lions are upto! Hyenas(African) are having it at 1000 and crocs have around 3000 which is the highest! This answer seems irrelevant but it must help somebody atleast!

I don't know, but you could always strap a slab of meat and a pressure plate to your body and go wait in the jungle. When you get back, if you get back, you can tell us.
