I had American customers visited my company last week. I want to send them a thank you letter for their visiting, but I am not confident to write a formal thank you letter. I need someone who really can help me. I will be appreciate.

Dear (name of customers),

I would like to extend to you my utmost gratitude for visiting (name of your company) in order to (reason for visit). It was truly an honor for me to receive such distinguished (type of customers). I truly hope that the relations between you and my company will remain (how do you want the interaction between your company and these customers to continue?).

Yours truly,

You may also want to indicate what happened during the visit that made you feel thankful that these customers went to see you. Be specific and tell them what made you and your company glad to have had them.
