Complex carbohydrates (grains, beans, vegetables, fruits) should represent approximately 50% of a woman’s daily calorie consumption
Protein should represent 20% to 30% of a woman’s daily calorie consumption. If she works out at least 3xweek, her protein requirement probably should be increased by approximately 20%

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

There is no known cure for diabetes just ways to control it. Meaning if you stop the treatment your blood sugar level will go out of control again. I have tried the following 'cures' and found that they do help - Cinnamon Powder, Eucalyptus Essential Oil, Green Tea. In fact my control was so good the doc told me I may be able to get off the needle soon :)

As for osteoporosis and arthritis, just lots of calcium - if you can get Green Bamboo essential oil try to diffuse it. It help the body absorb the calcium and is also a source of calcium by itself.

For osteoporosis, the best thing is to get lots of calcium. For arthritis, chondroitin and glucosamine has helped me plenty. For diabetes, the only "natural" remedy is controlling the sugar in one's diet closely enough to not need insulin.

When I was in college, I was diagnosed as hypoglycemic. The doctor explained that, if I went on as I was, in a few years I would have diabetes and have to shoot insulin. He proposed that I take the alternative of eating a very low sugar diet, and stick to just natural sugars, avoiding refined sugars (sucrose). I have done that, and I still do not have diabetes at the age of 59.
