pretty much anything you enjoy, and for myself suffering from a complete lack of co-ordination behind close doors to avoid the embrassment of dancing in public!
Can still remember the Riverdance performance at the Euro Song Contest, which was pretty impressive and amazing at the time.

There is no 'best' form. It's all about what you enjoy. I'm technically trained in contemporary ballet and modern but I prefer and am best at hip hop dance because I enjoy hip hop music more than any other. I've never had a hip hop dance class in my life but could easily choreograph one of Janet's or Beyonce's videos. I hated ballet and the music associated with it. On the other hand, there were girls in my ballet class that couldn't dance hip hop if you had a gun to their heads. They preferred the control and grace necessary for ballet to the free-spiritedness of jazz or hip hop. Also, they preferred pop music over hip hop. So again, it's about what you enjoy. I don't think there is a 'best' form of dance.

It is difficult to say. Many forms are good and diffrent forms are enjoyed by different people, this is why there are so many forms. Just like it is not possible to say what language is the best on the planet. All forms are good in their own way.
Ballet considered to be a foundation for many formally defined forms of dance that are not folk dance, while being beautiful just by itself.

Personally I'd go with Raqs Sharqi (bellydance), Egyptian Stlye. But, I also love all middle eastern dances and Indian dances.
