How can I contact for work some national parks or rescue center in Africa?

I love animals a lot, and I have seen many TV programs where Europeans or Americans work in such rescue centers or national parks in Africa, do u have any idea, who should I contact? And is this possible?

Ask your local fish and wildlife service they should be able to give you some information on who to contact.
