It;s supposed to be, but better ask the seller about its authenticity or check they're previous transactions testimonials..........

It Should 100%, Make Sure That If You Are Planning To Use It Online, That The Seller Does Not Have The Same Key or/and That The Seller Has Not Shared The Key With Anybody.

ask them if its a genuine copy

if its not - report them to EBAY and leave negative feedback

EBAY always a risk - but sometime you take them to get cheaper products
